I am starting to shop around to start making my set of tk armor...have been looking at various buckets and wanted to ask:

I am looking at the FX and MR..which is better for starting out with?

Stay away from the FX bucket. Period.

Agreed, the FX bucket is way too big and will probably make you look like a bobblehead doll when wearing it. If you are willing to shell out the bucks for an MRCE then you don't have to assemble anything. If you don't mind assembling a helmet, then you can probably get a kit for the same price and it will be even more screen accurate.

Some of the helmet you might want to look at are TE2, ATA, AP and TM for screen accuracy.

 

 

But do stay away from the FX helmet. The MRCE us kinda of expensive now, for what you get.
