spires75
I'm struggling to find exactly what kind of fans to put in a helmet. I've found some information on how to wire it, and a little on what to look for but wondered if these were OK. I plan on getting a ATA helmet so I'm not sure on size/space available. I've mostly seen 40mm fans, but didn't know if 50mm would work. --------- Any help would be much appreciated. NoVATie[Admin]
I don't see why not, as long as you've got a way to mount them.
TK4205
When I install fans I use bearingless cpu fans. They're quiet fans. If you google the brand name I'm sure you'll find specs. Anything over 25db is too loud. 50mm is fine.

spires75
That's the most important part Thanks everyone for the info. I figure for $1.99, I can make it work or buy more if I screw them up.
