Juggernaut Posted March 30, 2009 Report Share Posted March 30, 2009 Hello, I am a newbie to the Forum and I've asked a few questions here and there mainly via PM to various personalities about acquiring products mainly. I've gotten almost all my checklist together to begin the build. I was wondering if anyone on the forum might have some examples/tutorials/photos about adding shims to the calves and the thighs. I don't have long legs I am about 5'8" roughly and my legs are quite thick or muscular. So I have done a preliminary fitting to get some ideas together before I begin the actual build. If anyone has any advice on where to start with this issue I am more than willing to listen and learn. Thank you for your time in advance and I look forward to hearing from ya'll. ROCK ON! First if the leg armor almost fits you, you could heat up the armor using a heat gun and bend it to fit your legs better. If you need more room, then you would use spare plastic and add it in the back of the leg armor. You can either glue it, or rivet it in place.
