chest and back replacement help

hi all . everyone talks about replacing FX chest and back plate with another one . so i thinking i would need chest , back , straps . can some of you help me out with this . were do i go or look for them and i think that it is AP if im wrong pls tell me . i would like to replace them with better ones but im lost in were to look . PM me with the info if some of you can help me out with this . thanks for your time .
