There are a few options you can use...

 

1, The accurate way and use clips to hold it on... not fully secure, but never had a problem with it trying to fall off.

 

2, If you have permanently fixed on the end caps, use can use screws to go through the belt, then into the canister.

 

3, If you haven't fixed the end caps, then you can use bolts (more secure way) to hold it onto the belt.

I've seen some people use velcro along with the clips to help secure the 02 tank.
