idk Posted July 30, 2025 Report Posted July 30, 2025 (edited) I found a TK stl file on thingiverse here https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4667682#google_vignette and noticed the ab plate and cod piece weren't connected so I filled that in. The button panel also had incorrect proportions which I corrected to the best of my ability I'm pretty sure it wouldn't be approved given my crude modeling abilities but the part I added would be hidden by the belt anyways so I'll print it regardless. No other things I've printed for this project are approvable because I've only used the free stl file which I doubt is screen accurate enough for the 501st. Which things stick out the most as incorrect? CRL image for quick reference Image from thingiverse page Before edited with chest piece (similar to CRL library image) With belt and chest Main section added with edge lines on. I'd sand/dremel the imperfections in the model as well as any layer lines I notice that in the reference photo the line on the cod piece isn't centered. I centered mine but should it be off-center? idk Posted July 31, 2025 Author Report Posted July 31, 2025 Is the whole plate off or just the line? Also I noticed your codpiece is set behind the abdomen armor. It's hard to tell but to me the reference image from the CRL it looks in line or slightly ahead which is the way I have it setup at the moment. Is yours a different style or mine also be lined up like that? Thanks! Quote
