Belgarion Posted January 10, 2009 Report Posted January 10, 2009 Hey everyone. I love what you guys do here, incredible. I was wondering if you think it would be possible to make something to attach to a motorcycle helmet to make it look at least reminiscent of a stormy helmet. I searched the forum for motorcycle helmets but didn't find anything specifically about turning a motorcycle helmet into a stormy helmet. I race in rally-x and part of the requirement is to have a snell M2000 approved helmet. So, any thoughts? I would need the face to remain uninhibited as I do actually need to be able to see when I'm racing, but I'm thinking that could be attached to the visor, which is removable I think. And I'm not afraid to glue stuff to it or maybe use velcro in stead (just in case the organizers say nay to the attachments while racing). Here are some pics of me and my helmet. Quote
rapstertee Posted January 10, 2009 Report Posted January 10, 2009 (edited) During the summer of ..er...when ROTS came out, George Lucas had STAR WARS logos all over one of the Formula 1 team cars. When it went in for a pit-stop, the pit team all had white jumpsiots on, and their F1 helmets all had TK style faceplates on which made them look like Stormtroopers, or at least the Clone pilots. Some pics.... ------------- Edited February 21, 2022 by gmrhodes13 link not working removed Quote

Wonder how much all that cost Edited February 21, 2022 by gmrhodes13 link not working removed Quote
