Possible 90s uk tour helmet

Hi guys

looking for some insight on this helmet

apparently according to an old rpf forum there were some fibreglass casts in the 90s called ‘jj’ helmets for uk tours? 
any one ever seen anything like this

There have been other makers of fiberglass helmets many years ago, one a chap who worked at one of the film studios who apparently took a mold from a screen used helmet, there was also a lot of recasting back in the "good old days" unfortunately a lot of those older threads have images missing

What is weird on this helmet has no black lines in the rear traps, also the straight tube stripes.
