Ideas for Star Wars Dad Jokes!

So I saw a video of some Stormtroopers telling Star Wars "dad jokes" and puns, and I think this would be a amazing thing to say to children and such at troops!

 

Do others do this? If so what are some of your favorites to say?

 

The favorite one I saw in the video was:

"Why did the Jedi cross the road?"

"To get to the darkside"

I don't tend to tell jokes, I prefer to stay in character.

I guess I can understand that. But I was thinking for the kids that maybe have trouble warming up to us that this might be a way to show them we aren't scary, we are human.

Something to lighten the mood depending on the event being trooped at.

 

I said this same joke at a troop today to different people and kids and event their parents got a kick out of it.

I don't see the harm in a little fun every once and a while
