Where to Start with Scout Trooper Armor (Endor)

Hey. My goal this year 2020 is to have a complete Return of the Jedi Scout Trooper (Endor) armor by September. Can anyone give me guidance and tips of where to purchase/make the kit and what to budget? I'm in the Alpine Garrison area.
