Need help with armor, willing to pay

I have a full storm trooper suit of armor that just needs to be customized (snaps, etc...). Hoping to have it done by Halloween, I'm getting married on Halloween. If any Las Vegas area folks want to help me out, I could pay them for the time.

No need to pay. Just contact your local garrison (Neon City) and see if there is an armor party coming up. If not there are always local troops that will help you out usually for the price of cheap pizza.
