It saved you international guys a lot of money and your coins made it through customs in a discrete, flat mailer. Sorry, but I can't do flat rate any more. Without proof of delivery there is no seller protection in paypal . In light of several members purchasing flat rate and then filing paypal disputes, I am no longer shipping flat mailers without tracking. I realize what this means for international troopers getting one or two coins, but you may thank the new LCS for this new policy, as they were the ones that urged members to file unwarranted paypal disputes against me. Coins are $8 + $15 international shipping for up to 5 coins. Patches are $4 + $15 international shipping for up to 10 patches. Paypal fees and mailing supplies are included.
