FYI: Black rubber gloves at dollar tree for a $1 a pair

I was at our local Dollar tree today and they had 4 racks of small medium and large black rubber gloves for a buck. They are just like the ones that came with my AP armor. Not screen accurate because they don't have the "grip" extending over the finger nails but for a buck.................?????

 

Also i found the accurate looking gloves at Ace Hardware for $7.00

i bought those for my first suit... the latex is cheap, and therefore holes, tears, and cracks appeared all over them when i wore them for an extended period.

 

then i bought cloth gloves, didn't like them because i wasn't going for an ESB look, and then i just switched over to the $5 gloves at home depot.

 

conclusion, not worth it...

The ones i mentioned at Ace Hardware stores were very thick and look like they're coextruded. Yes coextruded is a BIG word for me, but i operate plastic mono layer and co-extruders or a living
