Crookknight's FOTK Captain Cardinal Commission Build

I have been commissioned to build Captain Cardinal's Armor for someone.  This is a very unique, since the armor has to be a glossy Cardinal Red, once completed.

 

Here is where the items are coming from:

HELMET:

 

For this commission, the easiest part is the helmet.  It is from Anovos.

 

I taped everything I did not want painted red prior to priming.

 

At this point, I applied 2 gray prime coats and let stand for 48 hours.

 

I then proceeded to apply 4 coats of the Rustoleum Cardinal Red Gloss Paint.  Waiting 4 hours between each coat.

 

Finally, I added 2 protective clear coats and let cure for 7 days.

GENERAL ARMOR

 

Received the armor from KB Props.

 

Laid everything out and inspected to make sure everything was there.
