My upper thigh circumference is 27" and Im wondering if this will fit? Im not sure when this mod was made by AP. Ive spoke with a fellow trooper here who purchased a kit last year who has a 26" upper thigh and he stated the thigh armor did not fit without needing shimmed. Any info is appreciated. Thanks.
