back plate mistake

Hey guys!

 

I was cutting my armor and at the back plate I cut the plastic a bit far.

Is this a problem? What should I do?

Well unless your a master sculptor. You may be going to a sandie. Or may need another back plate.

It looks really odd to me. I never had to cut mine there. But I fear that will show a lot of black from the under suit. I could be wrong brother. Wait and see if anyone else has ideas for you. I hope it works out.

When you put it against your back does it look like you can see through to the other side ?

Ouch...  You may need a new back plate.  Not sure who your armorer is, but you can usually pick one up for around $30.00.  I just ordered a replacement from ATA, who are really good about doing those.
