I'm looking to do a First Order TK, and am considering pre-ordering the standard kit from ANOVOS to make the necessary modifications for approval. I am concerned though about being able to modify it for my height - I'm 5'0". Does anyone have any experience with this making this kit wearable for people on the shorter side? I've also heard the Original Stormtrooper kits are more forgiving for shorter mods than the FO kits, so I'd also be open to that if the FO kit is a total no-go. magni[TK] Posted October 8, 2016 Report Share Posted October 8, 2016 Hey Kara, one of the members of NEG had one and she's about your height. So if she can do it so can you. If it was me I'd do the pre-order and while I was waiting I'd go with the original TK and build that while I was waiting. With the original you'll gain experience cutting and sizing and you'll be trooping by the time your TFA ships. I've been in touch with Walt's Trooper Factory and will likely do an original TK or Magma Trooper. Just waiting to hear back from the NEG GML on whether the kid's armor can get approved after some mods (since that's the size WTF recommended).
