Shoulder strap discomfort

I'm having lots of discomfort lately when I wear my armor lately. It feels like the shoulder strap part of the armore is digging in to the top of my shoulders. In fact it's leaving marks on them that I noticed the next day after a troop. This was not the case when I first built my armor in the spring. Any thoughts? I will post pics later tonight.

Happens to me as well, i haven't done anything about it though, however you could add some small foam inserts under your shirt, or on the straps

Yeah, like Caleb said, some small foam inserts might help.

So I think I figured out what it is. It this part at the top of the shoulder on the chest plate. Sort of a return edge. It digging in to by shoulders. Guess I need to file that down?
