Neck seal

So I ordered a fabric backed foam that I will be using. Using Paratroopers build as a basis for my own. I was hoping to get the material locally, but nothing could be found. So I had to source it elsewhere and should be delivered Monday. The material itself is a bit thin at only 3/16" but I'll have a full yard to work with. I was thinking I may just build a summer and a winter variant. Plus I may very well be able to use some of it as armor padding later on when I get my armor, which is still not ordered. I'll update with pics when I get started. I would also be great fun for any help or pointers as I go, especially from any of you from the cooler regions.

I live as far north as they come, and my neckseal is made of polyester and cotton, works great even when its hot

Update:

Material should be here tomorrow and then I'll have to wait for my weekend to get here before I can do anything with it. Plus I still need to get some velcro for the closure and bib.

So I got a very long brown box with my neck seal material in it. It is a lot of material and now that I'm seeing it it may be to flat looking for my neck seal. We'll see though, if it is then I suppose I could use it for padding my armor later.
