You can certainly purchase the aluminum strip and pan-head screws at Lowe's, Phil, but you will need a few tools and a vise grip would certainly help.  To get the measurements correct there are several threads on here, but if you don't have the time or tools on hand, I would suggest (as krazytrooper said) getting them from Tony.  That way, you know they will be not only correct and fit right, but they are approvable to Centurion level.

Hint:  No matter which route you choose, I suggest putting a strip of white Velcro (the fuzzy side) on the backs, so they don't scratch your armor.
