AWOL Posted March 18, 2016 Report Posted March 18, 2016 OK so I've read the crl for both stunt and hero and they state "only one bump painted in black" Does it matter which bump? Reason I'm asking is for adding mic's behind the ear pieces and obviously for stunt the best bump to drill would be the 2nd bump from the front on both sides to give a better directional hearing cone... Oddly enough that would also make me a corporal (in the made up ranking system) which was my rank in the army... if it works kick it, if it doesn't work kick it till it does... Quote
Locitus[Admin] Posted March 18, 2016 Report Posted March 18, 2016 In ANH only the rear most bumps were painted, with the exception that some helmets had one ear with the second to most rear bump painted instead. IE, if the front is bump 1, most had 4&4 but a few had 4&3. Quote

OK thanks for that, will make fitting the mics a bit more of a challenge to keep it crl buy hey ho problems are there to be gotten round... if it works kick it, if it doesn't work kick it till it does...
