Sticklebacks' AM 2.0 ANH Stunt Build

Hello All. My name is John. I figured I could throw up some progress pictures of my current build.

 

Starting with the helmet. Hand painted. Still worried about the left ear, where it meets the lid, but not sure what to do about it. Thoughts and suggestions welcome.

Biceps next. There is a little gap in between, but I figure these can be covered up once I put the final exterior strips on.

Forearms next. Eventually, once all is done, I'll put cover strips on the outside and glue the foam inside.

Thighs. I will need to cut and reshape the back joint where it meets the knee hip. Not particularly looking forward to that. Also, in the process of putting in reinforcements in the thighs, both top and bottom on front and back. Both thighs look about the same at this point.

Nice work on the helmet! I don't see anything specifically wrong with the ears, personally. A little space is normal.

 

I am not too familiar with AM, so I'll let others chime in on thoughts.

I had problems with my ears as well.  I had to drill new holes for it to sit properly.

Thanks! I'm going to see how long my OCQ can handle the ears before I decide to wrestle with the helmet again. It was somewhat a necessity to put the ear where it is, as otherwise it would not quite reach the bottom overlap between the back and front.
