Is 1.5 inch elastic for shoulder straps okay vs. 2 inch elastic

I could only find 1.5 inch elastic for my shoulder straps.  If that won't do, I'll order some 2 inch online.  However, since the elastic is under the plastic floating strap, I didn't think it would matter.  I haven't attached it yet.  I wanted to ask first.

Should be fine. I see no reference on the CRL as to what size the elastic needs to be. FYI, elastic is not required for basic 501st approval, only for EIB and Centurion levels.

Thanks Daniel. I also looked and could seen no requirement.  I actually think it might hide under the plastic a little better.  Thanks for the input.
