TK vs "FN"

So, just curious...pics of troopers on TFA are prefixed TK still...so not amending to FN for TFA

Nope. FN for all we know was Fun New guy or something. He and 2 of his mates were sanitation workers on their first mission. There were clearly TK callouts on the radio twice, so it's clear that there were TKs on the battlefield.
