E-11: Questions from scratch to lights

Hi guys. I have done quite a bit of research on builds for the E-11 but have noticed that sometimes people know little nooks and crannies of the internet that are even better. So.

 

If I were to make a E-11 with Lights what are some the best ways to do it from scractch? and what would be some of the better but cheaper ways to do it by Hand. all this assuming you wanted to achieve Hero quality.

You can get a metal or even pvc pipe and drill all the holes yourself, then get a pipe build resin completion kit from any number of sources (doopydoos.com, PhoenixProps here, etc.). Then add electronics from a toy (Disney, Hasbro), or a specialized board you can customize (arduino). All sorts of options at different price ranges. That what you meant?
