I'm wanting my costume put together by Halloween. I could do this myself but I know it will take a looong time to complete and on top of that I don't have the equipment to do so. Ya know I tried registering on the Central California and Golden Gate websites this last weekend but the moderator/s have yet to approve me so I thought I'd try my luck here.
