TK2790[TK]
hi guys, ive visited these boards many times but this is my first post.go easy on me,lol. im james mattock/ TK2790 of the UK garrison. ive been an active member for a year now and have enjoyed doing over 20+ troops in that year. my problem is no matter pretty much where i go on these pages i get an error page and sometimes asking me to log in even when i am already logged in. ive found the email addres for page errors but that email address doesnt work! grrr i did send out a PM for help but no help or advice was given. this is the only board i have any problems with. so if someone could help me out in any way or whoever controls access or such like please let me in. thanks in advance troopers
Scott M.[TK]
I moved this topic to the correct area, just so we can keep track of it. If I can ask, maybe if you can post a little about your set up: What browser/OS are you using? Types of errors (specific maybe) you are getting? Who you sent a PM to? Thanks, we certainly want to help get you on board (no pun intended). Command Staff

Scott M.[TK]
One suggestion I can make is to clear all your cookies and cashed info. In explorer, on the top, select Tools, then you should see under the General Tab a button to "Clear Browsing History" or something like that. There is a Delete button or Clear History button. Try that, then close the browser and re-open and try again. You will need to log in, as your effort just removed any info stored to help you log in automatically, but it would be my first step. Others might have some additional suggestions. Hope this helps, Scott
