I know TK helmets aren't symetrical - how offset should the face plate be on the bucket in relation to the cap.

I am building a TK bucket

I've lined up the trapezoid shapes above the brow within a 1/4" or so with the eye rim. When looking from an overhead angle it really looks like it is way out of line (looking towards the left a bit)

Is this normal? Do I need to adjust it?

Looking at the reference pics it seems the traps and eyes line up - with the occasional bucket the right trap is overhanging the right eye a bit and the left trap is back away from the eye a bit.

Any help suggestions?

What Matt said.

But I think I know what you mean. I bet this will adjust itself once the rivets are in.

Cool pic, Matt! I loved the movie! Too bad they didn't makea sequel (meaning prequel ;) ) of the movie

It looks fine side/side/front/back but its the overhead view that freaked me out

No one will take a Picture from you from the Top! ;)

Looks good for me, keep it like that! :)

Yep, they all should look pretty much like that.
