snaps - where?

Is there a list of recommended locations for snaps on the velcro ?

I looked through some pictures and saw snaps in the shoulder and belt locations, but what about legs / shins / chest?

I came across this site before I even discovered the FISD. I found it very helpful during my first armor build.
