Can't send PM's

I've been having trouble sending PM's to people. I keep getting a message that says the member can't receive new messages. Is it just me? Or is it an issue on the other person? I can post in a thread no problem. Thanks for any help.

It sounds like the person has a full PM inbox. If they exceed their storage quota and forget to empty out a few old messages they won't be able to receive new ones. Send me a PM just to make sure it works on your end and we can go from there...
