LittleOne
Hi Guys, I was wondering if i should sand the primer a little bit...i got a fairly smooth eggshell liek surface out of the primer coat i made but i got a few minor things to fix though, what grit of sandpaper would you recommend? thanks
hdtheater
I would sand the primer to get good adhesion for your top coat. I would use a 400 grit, maybe 600. They make a sponge pad you can wrap the paper around. Using this will keep your finish from having ruts in it from sanding and will also curve with the contours of the armor. Just get a bucket of water and sand away. -Eric

john danter
That's kind of what's it there for tbh It will even out any scratch crack or dent on the surfaceand also provide a bondable surface for your spray paint Wet sand it baby
