sixxgunn13 Posted March 14, 2011 Report Posted March 14, 2011 Hi ppl, I am starting to assemble my AP shins.. and I am following Stukas flicker pics. The front area I'll cut using a 10mm trim and a 20mm cover strip. I have one question though, Do I cut the back part and use a cover strip also for that area? Quote
TrooperTim Posted March 14, 2011 Report Posted March 14, 2011 (edited) Most troopers do. You may or may not need to trim the back of the shins depending on the size of your calf muscles. ------ I used the same measurements you're using. 10mm from mold line to edge. 20mm front strip and 25mm back. TrooperVenger Posted March 14, 2011 Report Posted March 14, 2011 I don't have AP armour, but I cut the front and the back. I don't have cover strips on the rear. It also depends how it fits you. Quote
