JimCem99[501st]
After a few parades last week, I've noticed the inner of my AM thigh armor is scuffed from rubbing against each other. Is this normal? I'm about to get some Novus to take the scuffs out; I'm wondering if the thighs should be brought in more as they are a bit big. We didn't take too much off (they are held up with a back brace/garter system) as we did not want to lose the contoured shape. Thanks again for any help! tkrestonva[TK]
If the way your thighs are fitted interferes with your movement and/or can be made to fit better by taking them in, then do so. However, I wouldn't worry about scuffing, as (1) it adds character to the armor, (2) no one is going to see your inner thighs, and (3) if you can't stand the thought of the scuffs being there then they are easy to remove with a bit of Novus and elbow grease.
