Need DLT-19 Conical Disc

I apologize if this has been explained elsewhere and I haven't seen it, but I am looking to find out where to get a hold of a conical disc used to mod MG-34 into DLT-19.

I found these at Home Depot some months ago, I used one on my HF and sent a couple of samples to Daetrin:

I used a brass semi-conical disc that I also found at Home Depot. Sorry, I don't have a pic, but it was on the hardware aisle (screws, nuts, bolts) in a little orange baggie. Might've cost .60 cents or so.

 

**EDIT**

Actually the piece is called a "rosette", and it's located in the drawers on the hardware aisle.
