I believe the real leather holster is much more durable than plastic, right? But is it ok with the 501's to use leather? As long as the belt loops are hidden under the belt and not around it. What is screen used?

* Holster made of black leather or leather like material . . .

As you can see, the CRL allows either leather or leather-like. Whether or not the straps that attach the holster to the belt are hidden behind the belt (ANH & ROTJ) or looped over the belt (ESB) depends on what style trooper you're building toward.

Ok, I just read that "run number 2" thread, Is it better if my blaster is finished so I can meassure it to obtain perfect fitting? My intensions are to go with the ANH style. The blaster will most likely be a Hasbro with the proper extra greebles glued on.

the main reason I offer the blaster strap UN RIVETED is because people build their own blasters.

a holster has to fit tightly across the handle strap to work best.

I leave the final finishing of the blaster handle strap so that you can get a perfect custom fit,

no matter what kind of E-11 you're building up the holster for.

Please give me a Personal Message and we can discuss, and trade photos and measurements back and forth.

my holsters fit the HASBRO and HYPERFIRM, as well as other custom e-11's out there...

hope this helps...
