E11 Hasbro MOD in prugress

Got this project started...hopefully turn out as well as my helmet did on its first attempt.

 

 

 

 

 

 

I felt that this thing was too light, to the point where it is a bit of a distraction so decided to add a little extra weight using lead in heat shrink and some strategic placement. Its not too much and hopefully be just perfect once the resin parts are installed.

 

 

 

 

 

reassembled, sealed up and waiting for the mods to arrive.....

I just felt that's the toy aspect and was undecided whether to keep it....then it packed up working on its own so out it come.

I have took some liberty with the scope....I just couldn't resist playing around with some other ideas!!! tsk tsk.

I have a few ideas for the wire connectors. I know they are not used on all blasters but i think its what makes it look like a "non standard" weapon.

Sorry I just seen this.

 

The scope i modded with a few electric conduit fittings from lowes and some clear plastic (from packaging). I took a few liberties obviously, but i had to to something to make it less toy like. I also found a decal on line to install in the site. Wish I used black instead of white back ground now tho....

 

Seems to be holding up quite well to date....
