Asking for more time, saying it was stuck in the post office due to snow. I waited as long as I could before the file date was up. In the end, I filed a claim with Paypal & they refunded me the money I paid. Then the seller begged me to retract my negative feedback because ebay was stoping him from selling. I told him I already filed a claim & Paypal had refunded me my money. He must have felt guilty or was trying to bribe me to retract my negative feedback, because he refunded me the total price I paid too. Quote
