I'd like to see a whole troop of them. I see they have Boba Fett & a Darth Maul available too now.

MRCE is harder to find at a good price. Most I've seen are around $150+. I ordered an ATA full set of armor but have seen in person his helmet. The price is WAY affordable. PM him here. I think he's Supertrooper.

My set should be arriving this week! I'll definitely post up my build as well.

It was great to meet you John. Haha, my height disadvantage is emphasized standing next to you Thayne, Scott & Wes. It was a fun day for a good cause.

Thats the Doopydoos blaster right?

I put the velcro in my helmet to hold items. I got some good feedback to while at Comic Con. It held my keys, wallet as well as battery pack for fans.

Just buy the whole roll, cut the small piece you need and return the rest. Only if you don't have a guilty conscience about such a thing. j/k
I ended up buying a whole roll too but I haven't (and probably won't) returned the rest. It's a LOT! I could rescreen half my house.
I could send you some if you want. Let me know.

I know there are troopers out here that have used doopydoos Hasbro blaster conversion parts. I checked out their website recently and they offer a DLT now! Has anyone picked up one of these yet?
What are your thoughts on it?

Button down shirt and jeans. I usually spend a good amount of time outside. I work for a heavy construction equipment dealership. Then I'm indoors doing the accounting.
Sure beats what I used to wear everyday. I used to work for the IRS, professional attire mostly. I lost a lot of friends while working for the IRS but gained them all back when I quit. Haha

HHHMMMM. Beach or TK helmet? I'll take a helmet over the beach any day. BUT . . . TK at the beach would be even more cooler. Especially in TD gear. Sand appropriate attire.

Haha. North Hollywood is nothing like regular Hollywood. I'm not hating though. I used to live in the Valley, in Van Nuys.
Anyways, Patrick . . . welcome aboard. Don't hesitate to ask questions. The answers are here!

Yeah, I'm leaning toward getting a MRCE very soon. Hopefully before comic con. I have the FX + I have a slim build. I look too much like a friggin bobblehead IMHO. But Tupperware TK is a legit source. I asked him a couple questions about his armor and he responded quick.

PM Deckard here on the forums.

Yes, great minds think alike. This has been a project I've put off at the moment. I have pulled out the whole voice/mic electronics from the helmet. Basically involves rewiring. There's a button to activate the mic and then one for pre-recorded phrases of a Clonetrooper.

I saw it last Thursday and thought it was great. I'm a fan of Star Trek TOS and was pleased with this version. It wasn't a dead on "remake" of TOS, but I don't think that was the directors/producers intent. However, Karl Urban's portrayal of Dr. McCoy was very close to the original.

This thing is Funky
I saw the first picture and though "Whoa"
Then I saw the next one of the back "WTH!"

Would u part with the helmet? It came out great.

I was SO surprised when it showed up. I had no idea when it was gonna get here. Paid on Sunday, arrived the following Saturday.
Man, that butt-piece looks huge.
I've already trimmed the chest piece
And back
bicep piece
can someone else confirm for me that this is the left one (the one with the somewhat straight inner arm cut). I think I read that the right one has the V-shape on the inside of the arm.
I'll post more pics as I move along. I got the whole score and snapping technique down good. I was using a rotary tool to sand/trim but flying pieces of hot plastic wasnt too pleasant to my skin
