  1. Hello 501st Team, I ordered a Fan System from Henry’s Helmets earlier in June and I haven’t heard anything from them despite two communication attempts via Email. I was wondering if anyone has encountered similar issues. The feedback about the fan systems and communication with customers is excellent, so that’s why I’m wondering what may be happening. Take Care, Mark TK-34770

  11. Hello My name is Mark and my screen name is Brooklindad. My apologies if this question has been addressed in an earlier post. I am in the pre-approval process for my ANH Stormtrooper costume and my challenge is the straps at the top of the chest plate stick-up on my shoulder, despite the velcro I am using. I would like the straps to form fit over my shoulder and I would as wondering if any member has experienced this same issue and how did they solve it. Is heating the shoulder straps a potential option. Many thanks in advance for your assistance. -Mark (Brooklindad)
