Thank you all for the great replies! I will definitely spend some quality time researching - until I get my armour, I’m planning on replacing Instagram with Tapatalk, haha. Thank you for linking build supplies. I don’t plan on taking any shortcuts, so being fully prepared with supplies sounds great. I’ve got all summer to build and only (loosely) have a goal of having it done for Halloween, which is hopefully accomplishable. Whether I make it or not, I’ll have a clearer picture down the road!

I’ve been poking around my local garrison’s page for the last few years, and have decided against a sandtrooper for my first build in favour of a classic TK. I’m aiming for an approved centurion for when I turn 18 in March, so I have a bit of a journey ahead! Using the guidance from many helpful threads, I’ve contacted Mark (Authentic Props) and am getting a self-assemble trimmed kit. I’ll be logging my progress when I start getting things together and look forward to sharing the fun with everyone!
