  1. Outstanding! Do you have similar measurements for the upper right corner male snap? Should it be low enough to not be covered by the overlapping chest piece? Also, measurements/location of the 2 male snaps on the bottom of the posterior armor and rivet on the bottom of the cod piece. Referencing your top 2 photos, shouldn’t the top edges of the ab and kidney plates be aligned?
  2. I’m reactivating this thread with some newbie questions regarding Level 3 CRL specs for the ab plate. Can someone post some photos of the 3 rivets & 1 male snap placements. Also the gap between my ab & kidney pieces is just under 1/2”. Is this OK? Three rivets, approximately 5/16"(8mm) diameter, are present on the left side of the abdomen armor. Note: The original rivets used for the TK armor were bifurcated rivets or split rivets. Rivets are equally spaced along the depth of the armor and about 10mm from the edge. The heads are rounded or domed. Note: Paperclip brads are not considered to have a domed head. Rivets are painted white. A single male snap on the top right corner of the ab plate is present.
  3. I just found this topic this morning and loving it! I am a 66-year-old, about 2 1/2 years post intracranial cerebellum hemorrhage, doing OK, just a bit of residual balance issues still going on. I am about two reviews into my first approval for a TK Stormtrooper outfit I bought from Shepperton Design Studios in the UK. At this point I have only done one official trooping with the local Bloodfin Garrison as a provisional recruit in process. This whole experience has been awesome, in the earlier comment that once you are inside the armor, we all look the same. I look forward to getting my final approval and membership into the 501st Legion Bloodfin Garrison.
  4. Thanks all. Great answers and I can now see that detail is the left arm TIE Pilot com pad. I’m a recent recruit to the world of Star Wars cosplay with the acquisition of a Stormtrooper suit from Shepperton Design Studios and a TIE Pilot & TIE Jet Trooper helmets from Denis at Armory Shop Moscow.
  5. Trooperbay.com has the ABS ammo piece and 3 robot covers available. A bit pricy at $42.99 + shipping. https://www.trooperbay.com/products/white-abs-stormtrooper-belt-and-rivet-cover-plates-costume-armor-part-cosplay-disney-501st-star-wars?_pos=8&_sid=111825009&_ss=r I need to do the same upgrade to my ABS ammo belt that came with my new Stormtrooper suit from Shepperton Design Studios. I was a bit surprised this kit different come with a 501st Legion compliant canvas belt.
  6. Has anyone found or produced this detail that shows up on the back of a TIE Pilot helmet in place of the small rectangular pill box? Thanks
