I wasn’t much for therapy and counseling until this year dealing with my own past experiences and trauma so that said I encourage you to talk to someone and find community in person if you don’t have good support around you.

I don’t think there’s any reason to deviate from the traditional standards. Just because a scene showed a trooper with his boot flying off shouldn’t mean there is a new one boot trooper
