How cool will a squad of concept troopers look at CEII :-)
-
I think I'll make do with this
-

13mm - 16mm - 19mm - 22mm - 26mm
They're all over the place seriously, just use your imagination with the sizes.
Looking at the suit in person, I was way before my time when it comes to building accurate suits way back when I made them sloppy as. Ask Paul H :-)

Wow that's quick!

It's nice to see a different variant to the helmet, this will surely make it an altogether new project.

Good work Pete

@tk bondservnt most if not all your info regarding armour lineage and facts are just plain wrong.
-
Personally I prefer the look of the boot with a slight heal, but which version is drawn more frequently?

I am far from thin, and most likely wont fit into this armour just like I won't be the next UKG threepio..
Anyway I digress - this armour should be designed and built for total accuracy in mind.
Loving the ideas so far guys - this is going to be a great read :-)

If there are any troopers with 40 inch hips that need to wear this armour, best you tell them to start sculpting their own..
-
Once your holster is used a little and you practise getting it in and out it should be easy.
-
Tie a small loop in a knot, slip over armour.

I don't like using webbing. There is too much give and flexibility in the material and I find it difficult to detach the snaps.
Just use extra strips of plastic and e six million. Oh and be sure to file the edges smooth at the corners too.

I'll take a set. I've been waiting a long time to see someone take up the challenge and you're the guy at the top of my list.
Size wise, I'm 6 tall and 15 stone :-)

Midnight blue looks almost black compared to French glue. I would go for a lighter blue every time
-
Yep the helmet stickers and velcroed forearms seemed to draw my eye too...
-
Its best to buy armour thats fits your body, not your wallet...
-
Tony B's site is so out of date it's almost back in fashion. My advise would be to forget anything and everything written on it.
And remember guys, the belts are not made from canvas...

Hey Paul it was nice to catch up with you again on sat, and can I say all your recent hard work payed off yet again, Luke looked awesome :-)

Nylon has no give, elastic = comfort and no wardrobe malfunction

You actually should be cutting the front part of the loop off and attach the rear strap to the underside of the canvas belt.
