I'd like to do this to match the 25mm strips on my shins. Is this okay? Would it prevent me from going higher to EIB and Centurion?

Has anyone done an analysis of the helmet? Number of tube stripes, etc? Just wondering before I reinvent the wheel here. I'm going through tons of screen caps to count stripes and so on... Any and all help would be appreciated! Thanks!

I have created an imgur account where I've uploaded my pics. I tried to upload them here but it says there's a 512K limit. I tried to insert image from URL and that didn't work either.
