  1. Welcome! I am also in the Atlanta area. I have a TK build which is almost complete (just a few adjustments away from submitting)! I built the ANH stunt and used AM2.0 armor. The armor is excellent quality, comes pre-trimmed and is on the larger size spectrum. I don’t know about crossing it over to R1. Good luck with your next build! I’m sure I’ll see you around at some point. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. Thanks! I’ll play with the shims and see what I can come up with. Just a snack will do! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. My first build is so close to being complete!! I have a few adjustments to make so that wearing the armor is both accurate and comfortable to move in. I’m using the bracket system to attach the torso pieces. It seems that these might be an issue at the point of connection between back and kidney plate. What adjustments can I make to lessen the extra space I have in the back plate? (It’s hard to see because of the grey wall behind me, but I could store a lunch in that space between my back and the back plate!!) Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. I am building my first kit! I sprayed my first coat of Plastidip on yesterday after taping like crazy. I'm doing this pre- assembly. It seems the best method when spraying is to do a light coat each time and let it dry thoroughly in between. Too much at once creates lots of runs. It is also my understanding that coating the inside black also helps make wearing the helmet a bit cooler/ tolerable in the heat. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
