The letter just mainly talks about how Anovos will start changing how they function in order to improve their customer service; how they will do this I do not know. It states, "To our customers, At ANOVOS, we strive to make high quality products and deliver them in a timely manner. Our founding principle was to create costumes and props that would set the “gold standard” in production quality replicas. However, we realize that we have not effectively met the delivery expectations of our customers, and we would like to sincerely apologize for any frustration this may have caused. Our goal is always to improve all aspects of our company, and we are aware of the delays in production, refunds, and in-stock shipments. We, too, consider these delays unacceptable and hear your concerns. Over the next few days we will be communicating how ANOVOS plans to change in order to serve our customers and community better. I found out that there's a lot of variations of this toy out there and I was wondering if you guys could help me identify which one it is? Also I want to confirm if it's the real thing, because I bought it for an okay price. Thank you!
  4. Hi, I would like to know all of your experiences with Anovos's preorders because my order of Cassian's field jacket hasn't had any real progress for over a year. Anovos "claims" that there's been a lot of setbacks such as moving manufacturers and errors with fabric and color. The item had an original ship for Winter 2017. Recently, they've changed that to Winter 2018. Has anyone else had any experiences like this with their preorders? I've heard a lot of people say that their customer service isn't very good. Very much appreciated, thank you!

  7. Hey guys Barry here, I'm from Southern California and after reading some posts I have some questions to ask about fully-assembled ANH stormtrooper armor. Also, I have no experience in building such things and I hope that I can join the 501st once I'm old enough. 1. First off, does anybody know any makers of ready to wear armor that are based in the US? I've heard about TrooperMaster and visited his facebook but I'm not sure if he ships armor to the US since he's UK based. 2. If there are makers of ready to wear armor based in the US that you know of, are they already 501st compatible? Thank you for your time and consideration for reading my post, have a nice day.
