youre totally screwed. Anovos "escalated" my refund request to accounting who is presumably one person working for them during covid. TO be fair I have not been writing daily for refund status but as of now nothing..... we're all screwed......

so what do we do now? I've been waiting since 2016 Guess I'll just start spamming them for a refund

Unfortunately it looks like the settlement only covered the 3 or 4 plaintiffs against Anovos. What about the rest of us who have been waiting (some of which like myself since 2016???)

Yes I can confirm that the Kylo helmets are shipping as I finally received mine today. I am not saying my faith in Anovos is completely restored but at least one of my outstanding pre-orders (FOTK kit being the other) is FINALLY in my hands. Kylo Ren helmet is really nice!

Well I just heard from Anovos today after reaching out to their customer support line on Sept 11 to update my shipping address. I heard from "Stanley" and he confirmed my shipping address has been updated for all my outstanding orders. He finished with "Keep an eye out for our next newsletter coming out soon! We will be giving you the details when items will start shipping.Please feel free to reach out to us if you have any further questions or concerns. Thank you! " Basically Same old story...non info update.....

I am SOOOO close to joining you. I have been on order since September 2016 for the FOTK and 2 years on the Kylo Ren helmet. Would you mind detailing the process you used to get your refund? I think at this point I am ready to move on to another vendor that actually ships. (incidentally who did you end up going with?)

at least you have an anovos kit to build. after 3 years I still dont have mine to even modify

2019 Comic Cons have come and gone. Halloween has now come and gone. Reality is starting to set in that we wont get these kits for Rise of Skywalker either.......

Does anyone in this thread know if Anovos is at NYCC this year? I am going tomorrow and I'd like to give them a piece of my mind. Is it wasted effort to discuss this topic with them? sigh...........

2 weeks to go before their window closes...I reached out to customer service in vain (via website) opened up multiple trouble ticket and everything. I needed to change my shipping address and I wanted to confirm the change with them. CRICKETS........ has anyone gotten someone on the phone for customer support? or heard from them period?

Happy 4th to all of us who are still patiently (very patiently) waiting for our FOTK armor kit pre-orders to be fulfilled. Sigh..........

While we're on the subject of gaskets - I'd like to get the quality non-Anovos set that most of you are talking about. Pinky's gaskets are the ones to get right? I mean since Anovos gaskets are delayed and from the pics they appear to be cloth (not rubber) I might as well. I am also one of the folks who ordered (and received) the TFA helmet from Anovos when I pre-ordered what was advertised as the TFA armor kit. Who sells a nice TLJ bucket kit? Looks like now I'll need that too.....

I DEFINITELY want to be 501st approved. Its been a goal of mine ever since I started doing research, seeing you guys in the community (shoutout to 501ner), started working my other star wars costumes, and going to cons. I sincerely hope that when our kits do finally arrive that you all will share exactly the mods needed to make the anovos kit 501st approvable.

Are you serious???? Anovos has the moxie to hold a panel at CELEBRATION?????? People are going to rip them to shreds.......I mean I have been waiting (like most of you since 2016 for this kit, and I have been waiting for other star wars items to ship as well) I keep the faith but its tough. I hope you guys record the panel or post highlights to this thread. I'll be all waiting to hear what happens. I see they have a booth but they are not listed as an event/panel according to the celebration schedule I see.

Misery loves company....... I am waiting on two items - Kylo Ren Helmet and FOTK kit. Last update I was given on the Kylo was Winter 2020. The FOTK I am eagerly awaiting any news like everyone else on this thread. I joined the Anovos FOTK FB group as well. At least one person received the kit.
