Time to get to work on these thighs. I think I have this correct.

I think I have the photo thing figured out. Sorry I haven't been able to post. I have been getting some building done. Here's where things stand. A quick test fit last night.

I'm having a heck of a time uploading pics.
I've made some progress. I have the forearms and shoulder bells trimmed. I still have to fit the forearms and do the final trimming. Then I'll assemble them.

I did the same to mine biceps. One side were way to oval. Hot water did the trick after a few tries.
Assembled shins? Did not get that....
I got this kit discounted from Walt. Some of the parts are from different pours so the white is a little off. Honestly, I can't even tell. The biceps were assembled and the finishing strip has been applied to the front of the shins. The calf has been left undone. I have no idea why they came like that, but the work looks ok. I can live with it.
Thanks for chiming in. I'm all over your build thread now.

this from WTF?... I didn't know they partly assembly.... is it good?
They don't partly assemble generally speaking. It's not bad. I've worked the biceps. They fit better. I'll add some pics a bit later.

I'm experiencing a similar issue. The difference in shape is normal from what I've read, but it should tight though comfortable.

Hey all,
Note: For some reason a lot of my pictures disappeared in my thread. Sorry
I picked up a Walts Trooper Factory TK kit recently when he was letting kits go that had parts from different pours. It finally came in yesterday. I've just been doing inventory and research up to this point. I'm the kind of guy that likes to collect everything for the build before I start it.
Unboxing I found some assembly had been done. The biceps and shins were put together. The calfs were left undone. I laid everything out and it all seems to be there with the exception of finishing strips which are on the way.
This is my first TK build. I 've been building radio controlled airplanes, and drones for the past few years and it appears I have most of the tools in my arsenal already to do this.
Feel free to chime in.
Super pumped

You guys are awesome! Thanks. Just in the infancy stage, but super excited.
Oh yeah. My wife is in the approval process with the Rebel Legion for her Princess Leia. The only thing holding her back is the buns.

Hello all,
So. I saw Star Wars at a drive-in theater in 1977 a few days after its release. I was 6 years old. I was hooked and it changed my life. I had all the toys. I still have some of the original figures. I let my 5-year-old play with them.
Now, many years later my love for Star Wars has only grown stronger. Having a family and children to enjoy it with only makes it better. This past year we started dressing up at the Comicons. Me a Jedi, my wife Princess Leia, my older daughter (15) a gender swap Han Solo, and my little one "Rey". We are having a blast!
The time has come to step up our game. I'm reviewing the different TK armors available and am getting closer to pulling the trigger. I'm 6'0" and pretty skinny about 150lbs.
Anyway. Thanks for having me. I look forward to meeting some of you.
