Working helmet some yesterday and today. I am concerned I'm trying to be too perfect on teeth and such and afraid to do any more. I don't want to cut too much off. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Decided to test out what I have done so far. At this point still need to glue front shoulder straps back on. The crouch strap needs to be done and some belt tweaks. Not sure if I want to do the snaps to the ab or use velcro yet. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Been a busy day. So problem was I had some snaps with uneven placement causing my back to tilt upward to the left. I redid snap plates on back and chest to be even. I redid bridge to be exactly same sizes and added two snaps for shoulder connections. I also added snaps from kidney to back. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

yeah when I took photo it was caught on boot and we moved it around later. My strips look long on pic but are even with bottom. If I removed bottom I would be concerned it may look short? Or am I Crazy lol Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I was able to get gloves done yesterday. Use locktite plastics bonding system. One with the pen and glue. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Yeap that was the last thing I wanted to do. Intimidation! I'm close. Need to fit shoulder bells to chest straps, finalize some thigh connections. Paint rivets. Then do belt. Then make sure all fits right and go for the helmet. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

So I got right thigh belt attached with snap rivets. I used a bit of Velcro backing on front to keep it from moving Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Did a lot of various things today but was not focused on taking pics. Added outer strap look to the chest plate. Adjusted strapping on chest to back TK lower the back as it was high and corrected suspenders to bring up the cod. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Drilled holes for split rivets and painted them. Had some set backs on strapping with plates getting loose. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

So by gluing front and then each side individually I was able to get the sniper plate on well Added some nylon plate with snaps to the arms and front Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

This weekends progress was finishing up straps that connect kidney to ab and butt plates. Here I am adding double snaps at top of kidney to run to front of cod for suspenders Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I cut a few times because I'm paranoid. Sanding did help to. I cut a lot like I did my thigh. Thinner to thicker to match it all up. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
