I'm not sure how it happened because lord knows I skip a lot of leg days, but I have to extend my calf and thigh pieces about 2 inches each. I already have the extensions, just need someone to point me in a direction so I can apply them correctly. Checked out the pages here and I'm sure I missed it due to the thousands upon thousands of posts. Also checked youtube hoping for a video but didn't find one. Any help is much appreciated. Thank you.
